Richard J. Dunn is a Certified Public Accountant, with experience since 1994 preparing U.S. tax returns for U.S. citizens and green card holders living abroad. He has extensive experience with tax issues related to living overseas, as he has lived in Europe since 1988. Mr. Dunn acquired an MBA from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland and received a BBA from Siena College in New York State

He is an American citizen from New York State. He currently resides in Dublin, Ireland.
